Jan Luongo, APR, CPRC
As a 20-year PR veteran, Jan has counseled large and small clients alike on a wide range of public relations and marketing issues including strategic planning, branding, social media, and media relations and training. She is a frequent lecturer public relations, new media, social media and marketing trends. Her list of awards include Gold and Silver ADDYs ; Summit Creative Award; Image Awards; Clarion Awards; Communicator Awards; and MarCom Creative Awards. In 2006, she was awarded Business Woman of the Year in Media by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Jan has a B.A. in Journalism, with a concentration in Advertising and an English minor from The Ohio State University. She has earned an Accreditation in Public Relations and is one of 75 in the State to have earned the certification of Certified Public Relations Counselor. She is enrolled at University of South Florida to earn a Masters in Strategic Communication. She is the Immediate Past President of the Tampa Bay chapter of Florida Public Relations Association.
